7-Day Warranty Coverage

Gloss Bands offers a 7-day limited warranty from the date the item is received.
This warranty covers
factory defects or damage upon arrival only.

Conditions for Warranty Approval

Note: To qualify for a replacement:

Item must be unused

- Gloss Bands should be in the same condition as received.

- No signs of wear, stretching, stains, fragrance, or alteration.

Proof of Condition Upon Receipt
- To make the inspection and approval process faster and easier, customers must provide:

A clear photo of the item immediately upon unboxing, OR

A short unboxing video showing the condition of the product as received.

Report the issue within 7 days

Warranty claims submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Not Covered Under Warranty

- Used, worn, or damaged items not caused by manufacturing fault

- Cosmetic preferences (e.g., color slightly varied due to lighting or screens)

- Damage caused by improper use, washing, or storage

Replacement Process

- Once your proof is submitted and approved:

- A replacement item will be sent. In some cases, we may request the product to be returned for inspection.

No cash refunds—replacement only.
